It was a lovely and cozy night. We exchanged our Christmas gifts, and together we made a lemon meringue pie and sugar cookies with frosting. Well, Matt did most of the baking while I assisted and kept him entertained. Pictured below is my beautiful bird cage Matt gave me. I've wanted a bird cage for awhile now and especially this one from the Pottery Barn. Best gift ever.

Christmas Eve
